Customers may cancel their order up to the order cut-off time(60 min before),Placed orders might get canceled by calling on customer support number. The customer must provide their registered mobile number or order ID for the cancellation request.

www.traintaaj.com will not be able to cancel any order after the order threshold time, which is usually one hour before the arrival of the train at the delivery station.

The advance paid amount will be refunded subject to charges if any within seven working days for prepaid order cancellations.

In the unlikely event that the restaurant fails to deliver your  train food and you have made the online payment, the advanced paid amount will be refunded subject to charges if any  within seven days. Any refund requests shall not be entertained after the cut-off time.
